Use Guide – SMS / Text Messaging

Sign onto the Corvum portal accessible through www.corvum.io using your existing credentials.

Navigate to the SMS tab, found on the left-hand side.

Starting a New Conversation

Once in ‘SMS,’ start a new conversation by clicking the chat icon.

1. Use the search bar to find an existing contact by name.

or

2. click ‘New Number’ to message an unsaved number.

If you are messaging a new number, you will see this pop-up on your screen.

Enter the phone number on the top field, and the message you would like to send on the bottom.

Your Corvum number is visible in the top right of the Corvum portal.

This number will appear on all inbound and outbound SMS messages.

There is no Caller ID on SMS. If you are messaging a client for the first time, let them know who it is.
