RingCentral has made it a bit more difficult to port a number our to Corvum, but as long as we have the correct account information, it is still quite straightforward.
The Corvum team needs the following information from your RingCentral account:
- Company name
- Service address
Authorized username (Super Admin)
Here is where you can verify this information from within your RingCentral account:
Single site
- Sign in as an admin to the Admin Portal.
- Go to Phone System > Company Info > Company Address.
Multi-site
- Sign in as an admin to the Admin Portal.
- Navigate to Phone System > Company Info.
- Select the site name.
Checking the authorized username
Contacts in your company with Super Admin roles are authorized to port numbers out of your account.
- Sign in as an admin to the Admin Portal.
- Go to Users > User List > Users with Extensions.
- Click the filter icon above the Roles dropdown.
- Click Roles and select Super Admin.
