It seems that Dialpad is no longer supporting their Clio integration. We've met a significant number of customers that are looking for something better since this change happened.
The Corvum Clio integration is more developed than what you saw with Dialpad - far greater flexibility, control, and functionality. An integration that actually does what it should!
The Corvum onboarding team will be happy to handle the porting process for you. We do need to ask you to acquire your 'port out PIN' from Dialpad, and provide us with your account information. With this information, the porting process is normally very quick - we can often port Dialpad numbers over within 24h.
Important!
Do not cancel your Dialpad account until the port out is complete and the Corvum team has confirmed your numbers have successfully cut over.
To port out a Dialpad number, login to your Dialpad portal, and head to dialpad.com/portout
Enter the number you'd like to port out.
-
Select Get Pin Number:

Dialpad will generate a PIN for that number and display it for you.
Porting out multiple numbers (one PIN: multiple numbers)
To port out multiple Dialpad numbers, head to dialpad.com/portout.
Navigate to Current Portout Numbers.
-
Select the box beside the numbers you want to port out
-
Or, use the Select All option to select all available numbers

-
Enter a 4 digit pin.
Select Set Bulk Pin.
Each Dialpad number you wish to port out will share the same PIN number for the order.
Key information for your port-out request
Corvum also needs the following information along with your port-out PIN.
This information must be exactly as presented in the Dialpad portal:
Company name: Company name as displayed in your invoice (dialpad.com/billing)
Account number: The Company ID as displayed in your invoice.
-
Service address: The registered location as found in your Dialpad Settings.
To find this, go to Dialpad Admin Settings > Office Settings > Navigate to Registered Location for Emergency Calls
Authorized username: Any Admin on your account.
Billing Telephone Number (BTN): The porting number itself, or the main number if you're porting out multiple numbers.
