Thanks to the Corvum MS Teams phone integration, you can use your existing MS Teams account as your phone, and handle calls using this industry-leading phone on the Corvum network!
With our Clio integration, these calls will be posted to your Clio account in the same way as if you were using the Corvum phone apps themselves.
How do you make a 3-way call with MS Teams? Read on to find out!
This process is less intuitive than what you see in the Corvum phones, but it works well once you are used to it.
Please note: These steps are for the MS Teams desktop app, on MacOS. Other platforms use similar steps, but the location and look of specific buttons / icons may be different.
1 -- First, get on a call with someone (either inbound or outbound).
Here, we are about to call someone named 'Baum':
2 -- Find the 'Participants' or 'People' button and tap it.
3 -- The 'Participants' dialog will open on the right-hand side of the screen.
Look for the field titled 'Invite someone or dial a number':
4 -- Enter the number or contact, and call them.
5 -- Teams will display all three participants in the main window.
Note that the original call is NOT muted at this time - you cannot mute both sides of the first call while speaking to the new participant.
6 -- Once the 3rd party answers, you can manage each participant's audio, and hang up on any of them in order.
