This feature includes:
- Call recording
- Ad-hoc call transcription (you need to specify which calls should be transcribed after the call is completed)
- 100% accurate call-channel-based speaker separation (when there was one speaker per channel)
- Optional ai-based call summary
The recording feature currently records all calls: inbound / outbound / internal, for everyone in your account. We therefore recommend that only accounts operating within 'one party consent' regions enable this feature.
