How to check the IP address of Yealink phones

This article provides steps on how to find out your Yealink phone's IP address. This is particularly useful when re-provisioning a phone from a different provider.

These steps are for the following Yealink phone models: T21P, T42S, T46S, W52P and W56P. Other Yealink phones follow a similar process:

1. Press the 'OK' button on the phone.

2. The IP address should be shown on the screen, on the first line - labelled 'IPv4'.

Yealink T46S

1. Press the Menu icon, then select 'Status'.
2. The IP address should be shown on the screen, on the first line - labelled 'IPv4'.

Yealink W52P

Yealink W56P

1. Pick up one of the handsets that is registered to the base station, then press 'OK'
2. Press 'OK' on the (i) icon.
3. Press 'OK' on the BASE option.
4. The IP address of the base station will be displayed on the screen.

If you have a different Yealink phone, the process is likely one of the below (similar to the above).

- Press the Menu key, then navigate to Status to view detailed network information, including the IP address, network type, and registration status.
- The IP address can also be found by pressing the OK key while the phone is idle.
