Hosted SMS

If you are Corvum SMS client, you have multiple options in terms of which number to use.

• We can purchase a new number for you with your desired area code.
• You can fully port an existing number of yours to Corvum.
• You can enable a non-Corvum owned/operated phone number for SMS messaging through Hosted SMS.

Hosted SMS is a service that allows Corvum customers to enable non-Corvum owned/operated phone numbers for messaging. These phone numbers will NOT route any voice traffic over the Corvum network. Hosted SMS is essentially Corvum borrowing the SMS feature associated with a number that remains with another service provider. We do not take ownership over any features of the number.

This is ideal if you want to use your existing landline number or VOIP from another provider, while using Corvum for our SMS features.
