You can change your login password for both Bria Enterprise Mobile, and Bria Enterprise Desktop. The password our onboarding team provides you with at setup is a simple password that is just a starting place. You can change this to anything you like - just follow the steps below.
Bria Enterprise Desktop
The 'Change Password' setting is visible when you log in.
Click the 'Change Password' item:
Complete the pop-up form. You can click on the 'Show Password' box to view the new password you're entering - this also allows you to copy-paste the new password into the 'confirm new password' field.
Once you've saved the new password, a dialogue will appear that prompts you to login again.
Complete the Username and Password fields, and click the 'Sign in' button:
Your password has been changed - remember you'll need to update the password that has been saved at the login screen, if you have 'remember login information' selected. We recommend signing out and back in again now, while you still have the new password copied to the clipboard.
Bria Enterprise Mobile
To change your password, find the 'Login Management' item under 'Settings':
You'll see the below screen. Select 'Change Password':
Complete the form that is presented (as below). You can tap the 'Show Password' box to view the new password you're entering - this also allows you to copy-paste the new password into the 'confirm new password' field.
You'll need to sign in again, just as is done with Bria Desktop, above. We also recommend that you update the password that has been saved at the login screen, if you have 'remember login information' selected. We recommend signing out and back in again now, while you still have the new password copied to the clipboard.
