IMPORTANT: Ensure you adhere to sll laws regarding call recordings in your area.
Get clear consent of all parties before recording.
To record a call, you must be in an active/ongoing call.
Click ‘…’ / ‘More’ and select ‘Start Call Recording.’
A blinking red dot 🔴 will appear, next to the call timer.
To end the recording, simply click ‘End Call’ or select ‘Stop Recording.’
You can review your call recordings by going to the 'Call History' tab in Bria.
- Find the call, marked by a red dot, and then click that call to open the call details.
- Press the ‘Play’ ▶ icon to listen to the call. It will play through your computer’s default audio application.
The first time you record a call, a ‘Save Call Recording’ dialog will appear.
The dialog displays the ‘Recording name’ and the ‘Saved in location’.
If desired, you can change the default file location that Bria will save these recordings to. You can select ‘Don’t show this dialog again’ if you do not want to see this dialog after every recorded call.
Click 'Open Folder' to open the folder where the file is saved.
